A captain's innings by Sachin helping India to avoid the follow-on during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, 1999-2000, 2nd test match at Melbourne cricket ground. While all the other big guns failed to deliver, Sachin made a glorious 116 off 191 bowls with 9 fours and 1 six. Sachin also scored a half century in the second innings though India lost the match by 180 runs.
